Welcome to Scars and All. Before you dig in, here are the ground rules for how this site, the podcast, the shop, and everything connected to them work. It is worth a read. By using the site or buying anything from it, you agree to what follows.
Scars and All is a podcast and brand operated by Scars and All, Inc. (“Scars and All,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with a mailing address of 414 N Central Ave Glendale, Ca 91203. You can reach us at info@scarsnall.com.
References to “you” or “your” mean anyone who visits scarsnall.com, listens to the podcast through this site, signs up for emails, buys from the shop, submits the contact form, or otherwise interacts with what we publish.
Scars and All is a media property. The podcast, blog content, videos, and any resources on this site are for information, storytelling, and community. Frank Wills shares his lived experience of addiction and recovery, hosts conversations with guests who share theirs, and builds a space where honest stories about substance use and recovery live.
This is not medical care. Scars and All is not a treatment provider. Nothing on this site, including anything Frank says, anything a guest says, any article, any downloadable, or any product, is medical advice, psychological advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are struggling with substance use, mental health, or a crisis, please reach out to a qualified provider or the resources listed in Section 3 below.
This is not therapy or a support group. Listening to the podcast, reading the site, or joining the email list does not create a clinician-patient, therapist-client, sponsor-sponsee, or fiduciary relationship of any kind.
Frank’s affiliation with Luxe Recovery. Frank Wills is a co-owner of Luxe Recovery, a residential treatment center. Scars and All and Luxe Recovery are separate operations. Content on this site is not a solicitation for treatment. If you decide to explore Luxe Recovery or any other treatment provider, that is your decision to make with your own advisors.

Everything published on scarsnall.com, including the podcast episodes, artwork, logos, name, branding, written content, photography, video, and the “Scars and All” mark, belongs to Scars and All or the guests, contributors, and licensors who created it. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

When you submit anything to us, a story, a message through the contact form, a comment, a voicemail, feedback, or a question, you give Scars and All a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, share, edit, and publish it in connection with the podcast and brand. You confirm that what you submit is yours to share and does not violate anyone else’s rights.
We are not obligated to publish, respond to, or keep any submission. Do not send anything you would not want quoted, read on air, or shared publicly.
Guest stories. If you appear as a guest on the podcast, a separate release will cover the terms of your appearance.
The Scars and All shop is where you can buy merch and other products.
Prices and product info. We do our best to keep prices, product photos, and descriptions accurate. Colors and details can vary slightly from what you see on screen. If we list something at the wrong price by mistake, we can cancel the order and refund you.
Payment. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card number. By checking out, you agree to the processor’s terms as well as ours.
Shipping and delivery. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our hands, delivery is up to the carrier.
Taxes. Sales tax is added where required by law.
When you sign up for the Scars and All email list, we send you notes about new episodes, occasional updates, and things we think you will care about. You can unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing info@scarsnall.com.
Subscribing to the podcast on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, or another platform is governed by that platform’s terms, not ours.
The site links to other places, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, guest websites, resources, sponsors. We do not control those sites, and linking to them does not mean we endorse everything on them. Once you leave scarsnall.com, their terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.
The site, podcast, and everything on them are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, or that the site will be error-free or virus-free.
Stories shared on the podcast reflect the experiences of Frank and the guests. What worked for one person will not work for everyone. Recovery paths differ. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific outcome.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Scars and All, Frank Wills, our team, guests, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, the podcast, the shop, or any content, including any decision you make in connection with recovery, treatment, or health.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Scars and All, Frank Wills, and our team harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else’s rights.
We can update these terms when we need to. The current version lives at this URL, and the effective date at the top will change when we update. If we make a material change, we will do our best to flag it. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
